WaveCott is a beautiful, modern, newly built self contained holiday let (apartment) located up a quiet, rural lane.  The Apartment is located two minutes from the centre of Croyde Village with its cafes and pubs, and approximately 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

The large, comfortable lounge has vaulted ceilings which creates a lovely bright, open space. 

 

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher etc and eating area.
The spacious double bedroom with it's wardrobe and full length mirror, has a Superking bed, that can be separated into two single beds if required.

The private patio has rose bushes and a pear and plum tree, and has a rural feel. It is accessed from the lounge and is the ideal place to sit and relax with a morning coffee.

Guest access
Guests will be completely self contained and there is a well lit outside area with automatic sensor lights, private entrance and patio.
You will have a designated parking space situated on the private drive, in the front of Wave Cott.
